
A Message from BAMS Career Coach... Ms. Sabrina Schepers
Sabrina Schepers is a proud Harford County native who grew up in Edgewood and graduated from Joppatowne High School. She continued her education in general studies at Harford Community College. With over a decade of experience in customer service, human resources, and financial management, she combines meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and time management skills, all while fostering effective communication in diverse settings.
As a dedicated in-school youth career coach at Bel Air Middle School and Bel Air High School, Ms. Schepers is passionate about guiding middle and high school students on their paths to self-discovery and future success. She focuses on helping young people identify their strengths, explore various career options, and develop essential skills for the workforce.
Utilizing innovative tools like VR headsets, Ms. Schepers enhances career exploration and collaborates with educators to deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to recognize their interests and aspirations. Through personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities, she creates a supportive environment where students can set goals and make informed career choices.
