Welcome to Art Club!
In art club, participants will use self-expression to create personal works of art. Artists will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other students to create group projects such as murals, sculptures, or installations. Art club participants will create artwork that supports school-wide initiatives and activities that uphold the core values of our school.
Artists need to have an interest in painting,
drawing, or design. Artists need to be willing to collaborate with fellow artists, have a strong work ethic, and work as a team.
Art club will be starting soon. If you are interested in joining art club, make plans to find Mrs. Byrne outside of the cafeteria on Thursday morning, September 21, or Friday morning, September 22, during homeroom. There you can pick up an Art Club Form and permission slip. Art club fills up fast...so pick up an Art club form Thursday (9/21/23) or Friday (9/22/23) morning from 7:45-8:05 am outside the cafeteria from Mrs. Byrne.
Meets: Every other Tuesday for the beginning of the year and switch to a weekly schedule when we start a service project later in the year.
