
Welcome to The Run Club!
Love to run or want to learn to run? Then run club is the place for you! Build a sense of community, while also making connections with other students in the building. We are a supportive group where students of all fitness levels come together to improve their running skills. Through regular practies and fun events, the club promotes teamwork, perseverance, and a lifelong love for running. Joining The Run Club, no matter what level runner you are, will be the best decision you make!
Why should you join The Run Club?
- You can call yourself a runner!
- Create new friendships at BAMS.
- Coaching advice.
- Learn to set goals for yourself.
- The ability to get outside and do something positive for your mind and body.
- You like to have fun outside.
Do you have to know how to run to be a part of The Run Club?
- NO!!!
- This is the perfect club for beginners, advanced, and everyone in between.
- You might not like to run right now but want to like to run-this is the club for you!
- You should have an interest in learning to run.
What are the requirements to be a member?
- Have a love for running, want to love running, or just like being active!
- Just show up dressed to run and run!
When do we meet?
- Every other Tuesday, weather pending, in the Fall and Spring from 3:05-4:00 p.m. in Room 29
- Our first meeting will be TBA!
