Welcome to Yoga Club! 

Calling all yogis!  

Do you want to meet new friends and have fun while getting exercise?  Have you ever wondered what yoga is and how it can help you?  

Yoga is a physical activity that includes breathing techniques, postures, and mindfulness. 
There are many benefits of yoga including building strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as increasing focus. The BAMS Yoga Club is for any students interested in practicing yoga and mindfulness or those who want to learn more. Yoga participants often use breathing and yoga poses to help calm the mind and body. Want to learn more?
