Who receives speech and language services?
Students that have been evaluated and documented as having a delay in one or more of the following areas that impacts their academics.
- expressive speech-speech production-using phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics
- receptive speech-executive functioning difficulties with planning, memory, problem-solving and understanding the rules of language
