Welcome to the School Counseling Office!
We look forward to the opportunity to build relationships with our students and their parents/guardians each school year. Our primary focus is to ensure all students have the opportunity to access our services via individual, small group, and/or classroom Counseling. We wish to aide students in the development of skills that will help them to create their own success story academically, emotionally and in the workplace. We will collaborate frequently with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student development and take PRIDE in our ability to serve the Bel Air community.
Our primary focus entails the following goals:
- The social and emotional development of BAMS students
- Building positive interpersonal relationships with peers and adults
- Encouraging student growth and academic achievement
- Teaching students skills to research college readiness and career preparedness
